ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of therespondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishableunder Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C., on the file of therespondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that ason today no complaint has been received against the petitioner andconsequently the question of either harassing or arresting thepetitioner does not arise at all.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned GovernmentAdvocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
