ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner herein who arrayed as A3 and he is apprehendingarrest at the hands of the respondent police for the allegedCommission of offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 294(b),447, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC altered under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.698 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit thatno one sustained injury in the occurrence and that the Petitioner'sname was deleted from the case, since it was found duringinvestigation that the Petitioner was not involved in the above saidcrime.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned GovernmentAdvocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
