ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders onthis day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this Court20.04.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the JudicialMagistrate No.II, Tirunelveli, in D.No.1124 of 2021, dated30.12.2021, and this Court made the following order:

The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Tirunelveli has sent aletter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the casein C.C.No.1047 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated20.04.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 30.12.2021 is acceptedand a further period of six months time is granted , to comply withthe direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis order.
