A direction was placed that Tahsildar, Arni to be present along with relevant records.
2. The matter was originally posted on 01.07.2022 at 02.15 p.m., for that particular purpose, but unfortunately, the Court did not sit on that particular date. Today when the matter has again been listed at 02.15 p.m.
3. Ms. E.Menaka, Zonal Deputy Tahsildar is present and has presented a few photographs and also a field map of the disputed portion. The original land register had also been produced with respect to O.S.No. 7/1. The entry is 'ru;fhu; g[uk;nghf;F ikjhdk; fhypkid'.
4. Let relevant details be filed in the form of a memo after serving copies to the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

5. It is to be noted that the petitions filed seeking condonation of delay in filing application to restore the Second appeal will be considered if at all there are any merits in the Second Appeal itself which has been dismissed as abated a few years back.
