PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for bail in Crime No.54 of 2014 for alleged offences underSections 174 Cr.P.C @ 302 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accusedhas already been granted bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.2820 of2014 dated 28.11.2014.

3. Heard the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and alsoconsidering the fact that the petitioner is being a lady and having twokids and she is in custody from 08.11.2014, I am inclined to grant herbail.

5.Ordered as under;

(i) Bail granted;

(ii) Two sureties, who shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of thelearned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District.

(iii) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at10.30 a.m. until further orders.
