ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seekinganticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit thatno petition is pending against the petitioner and notice only issuedto the petitioner.

3.Since, no case is pending against the petitioner, thequestion of anticipatory bail does not arise. The petitioner isdirected to appear before the respondent police. The respondentpolice also directed not to harass the petitioner.
