ORDER:
Heard learner I counsel for the petitioner and the learnedAssistanf Governmer rt Pleader for Stamps and Registrat..orr appearingfor the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed ofat the stage of admis rion.
2. Challeng ing the action of the District Regisrtrar, Stampsand Registration, Khammam, respondent No.2 herein, in notconsidering the rep:esentation of the petitioner, daterl 17.L2.2O22seeking to impound the unregistered sa,le deed executed on Rs. 100/-Non-Judicial Stamp Paper by Kalangi Marathamma in favour ofBoppani Madhu Babr, in respect of the subject land, the present writpetition is filed.
3. Having r 3gard to the fact that the representation of thepetitioner, dated 17.
