Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleasedto issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ ofCertiorari call for the records in R.Dis.No.C3/4383/2000 dt.2-8-2001 of the 2ndrespondent and consequential memo No.3590/C1/2001 dated 20-10-2002 bythe 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary violative ofprinciples of natural justice and violative of Article 14.,16 and 21 of theConstitution of India besides being provisions contemplated under the A.P.(SC.,St & BC's) RICC Act-1993 and consequently set aside the proceedingsof the 2nd respondent i.e.,R.Dis.No.C3/4363/2000,dt.2-8-2001 and to pass.
