The Court:- The Co-ordinate Bench, in terms of Order dated 26[th] March, 2019, observed that the suit was disposed of on 8.9.1952. A consequent direction was passed upon the department striking out the suit from the ledger forthwith. However, the Official Rceiver was not discharged . GA No. 11 of 2023 is filed with a prayer along with related prayers.

Learned Counsel for the Official Receiver is present today. Before discharge, the Official Receiver shall submit statement of accounts and shall hand over and/or transfer the cause papers including the original order dated 14.8.1950 in suit no. 2727 of 1950 whereby the original Receiver was appointed. The report shall be filed on or before the returnable date.

Let the matter appear on 24[th] November, 2023.
