ORDER:
1This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to release 340bags of black jaggery (each bag containing 50 kgs) total 17,000 kgs-seized in Crime no.662 of 201415 on the file of Prohibition & ExciseStation, Khazipet, Warangal District in favour of the petitioner onexecuting a personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special JudicialFirst Class Magistrate for Prohibition & Excise cases, Warangal.
2At the time of arguments, the learned Additional PublicProsecutor submitted that by the time of filing of the present petition,the property was returned to the person concerned.
3Having regard to the submissions made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed inthis petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel,miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shallstand closed.
