O R D E R:
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner’s grievance is thatan attempt is made by the 4[th] respondent in grantingsecond fair price shop by bifurcating ration cards from thepetitioner’s fair price shop.
Learned Government Pleader for Civil Suppliesplaced before me the proceedings dated 27.10.2015 ofthe Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana State,Hyderabad keeping in abeyance the appointment of fairprice shop dealers until further instructions.
In view of the said proceedings, the cause in the WritPetition no longer survives for adjudication. However, asand when the respondents commence the said process,the petitioner is at liberty to question the same.
The Writ Petition is dismissed with the aboveobservation. There shall be no order as to costs. As asequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,shall stand closed.
