Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying thatin the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Courtwill be pleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one inthe nature of Mandamus and call for the records relating of the impugned selected Merit List as per Roster, PHC., Dugguduru, Kajuluru Mandal,East Godavari Dist. under the Notification Vide RC.No.1425/A1/2008dated 04-09-2008, with Ref to the G.O.Rt.No.791hm & FW (D1) Dept.dated 25-07-2008, and declare the appointments made by the 3rdRespondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in voilation of Art. 14, 19, 21of constitution of India and direct the Respondents No.1 to 3, to appointthe Petitioners in 2nd ANMs Posts.
