ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form-VIA prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 4[th] respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3.
Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
