This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2[nd] respondent to grant affiliation to the petitioner-institution and further direct the 3[rd]respondent to include the petitioner-college in the web based counseling and to allot B.Ed., students to the petitioner-college for the academic year 2013-2014.
2. Since the Writ Petition is of the year 2013 and the academic year 2013-14 is elapsed, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner-institution that if the petitioner is so advised, shall take up the remedy available under law, as and when fresh cause of action arises.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
