ORAL JUDGMENT:

( per Hon’ble The Chief Justice )

……

Learned counsel for the appellant states that possession of the appellant wassought to be disturbed without complying with the provisions of law and reliedupon certain show-cause notices issued to third persons. Learned singleJudge dismissed the writ petition with the observation that it will be for thepetitioner to approach the concerned authorities with the explanation to theshow-cause notice raising pleas therein which she is entitled to and in caseauthorities are satisfied with the explanation of the petitioner-appellant,obviously her possession will not be disturbed. With such an order, we do notfind any ground to interfere. Accordingly this appeal is dismissed. No costs.
