And whereas, the High Court upon hearing the arguments of Sri MamidiVenu Madhav, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for theRespondents No.2, and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to showcause why this application should not be admitted.

Sri. S. Murugesh, s/o. Sunderam Pillai, Marketing Manager, M/s. NandiSeeds Pvt Ltd, Mahabubnagar, R/o. 1-7-44/A/1, First Floor, Market Road,Mahabubnagar.
are directed to show cause on or before 26-12-2006, to which date the case standsposted as to why in the circumstances set out in this Revision Case (copyenclosed) this Crl. Revision Case should not be admitted. And it is further orderedthat interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C.No.504 of 2006 on the file ofSpecial Judicial Magistrate of Fist Class for Trial of Cases under Prohibition andExcise Acts, at Mahabubnagar for a period of eight weeks The petitioner’s counsel is permitted to take out notice personally to therespondent No.1 by R.P.A.D. duly intimating listing of the case and file proof ofservice thereof within a period of four weeks, failing which the interim stay grantedshall stand vacated without any further reference to the Court.
