ORDER:
This petition is filed to transfer M.O.P.No33/2013 fromthe file of Senior Civil Judge, Rajam to any Family Court atVisakhapatnam for disposal in accordance with law.
2. Petitioner is wife and according to her affidavit, hermarriage with respondent was performed on 03-07-2010 atKailasapuram, Visakhapatnam and due to marital disputes,she is staying with her parents’ house at Visakhapatnam. She stated that she filed a criminal case and the same ispending at Visakhapatnam and respondent/husband isattending the Court at Visakhapatnam in connection of thesaid case. According to her affidavit, it is difficult for her totravel from Rajam to Visakhapatnam to defendM.O.P.No.33/2013 and for this reason, she sought transferof M.O.P from Rajam to Visakhapatnam.
3. Respondent in spite of service of notice, neitherappeared in person nor thorough advocate.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and alsoconsidering the convenience of the wife M.O.P.No.33/2013is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Rajam and transferredto Family Court, Visakhapatnam for disposal in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the Tr.CMP is allowed. No costs.
