ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7159 of 2022, dated10.02.2022, whereby this Court has directed the parties to maintainstatus quo with regard to the possession of the subject land.
The respondent No.2 - ['Iahsildar, ]Dharmaram Mandal, hasfiled a counter-aff idavit stating that she neither entered into thesubject land nor tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subjectiand and she has not violated the order of this Court dated10.02.2022.
Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed.Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
