ORDER:
The petitioner claims to be allottee of a plot bearing No.84 situated in Survey No.488of Balajinagar, Jawaharnagar Panchayat, Ranga Reddy District by the DeccanWelfare Association. The grievance of the petitioner is that she made severalrepresentations from the year 2001 onwards till date, the recent one being dated27.10.2004, to the respondents for grant of house site patta in respect of the saidplot, but so far the same is not being considered. Hence, she filed the present writpetition.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader forRevenue. Both counsel agreed for disposal of the writ petition at the admissionstage.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into themerits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with adirection to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, if any, forgrant of house site patta in respect of the plot in question and pass appropriateorders thereon in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
