ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of therespondents in showing the petitioner,s land as Ac. 1-OO guntainstead of Ac.2-20 guntas in Sy.No.190 through Form-Cnotification vide letter No.i/03/2018-1 dated 20.Og.201g, as illegaland for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider therepresentation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2019 and to paycompensation for the balance extent of land admeasuring Ac.1_20guntas in Sy.No.19O, situated at Chandanavelli Vi11age, ShabadMandal, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District.
2. The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the owner of landadmeasuring Ac.2-2O guntas in Sy.No.190, situated atChandanavelli Viilage, Shabad Manda_I, Chevella Division, RangaReddy District. In proof of the same, the petitioner has filed copy ofpattadar passbook. According to the petitioner, the compensationwas paid only to an extent of land admeasuring Ac. 1-00 guntainstead of Ac.2-2O guntas. According to him, he has submitted arepresentation dated Ol .02.2019 to the third respondent with arequest to pay the compensation for the balance extent of landadmeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas. Despite receiving and acknowledgingthe said representation dated Ol.O2.2O19, the third respondent didnot consider and pass any orders thereon.
3. On the other hand, Sri A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned SpecialGovernment Pleader, on instructions, would submlt that the third respondent will consider the [representation ][of ][the ][petitioner ][and]pass appropriate orders in accordance [with ][law.]
4. In view of the above submissions [and ][considering ][the ][fact]that the petitioner is seeking innocuous [relief ][to ][consider ][his]this Writ [Petition ][is ][disposed ][of directing ][the third]representation, respondent to consider the [representation ][of the ][petitioner ][dated]Ol .O2.2Olg and [pass ]appropriate [orders thereon ][in ][accordance]with iaw, by affording the opportunity [of ][personal ][hearing ][to ][the]petitioner, within a period of six [weeks ][thereafter. ][Miscellaneous]petitions, if any pending, shall stand [disposed ][of. ][There ][shall ][be ][no]order as to costs.
