Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased toissue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamusdeclaring action of the 2nd respondent in issuing impugned MemoNo.MA/1394/2003 dtd. 17-11-2003 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principlesof natural justice and violative of Article 14 of the constitution of India andconsequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to include the name of the petitioner inthe 3rd respondent committee.

“Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Department ofAgriculture takes notice for respondents and seeks a week’s time forgetting instructions in the matter.
If Alreru Agricultural Market Committee is constituted ignoringclause (vi) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 of A.P. (Agricultural Produceand Live stock) Markets Act, 1966, the same shall be subject to furtherorders in the Writ Petition.
