ORDER:
1. . This Criminal Petition is frled to quash the proceedingsagainst the petitioner in C.C.No. 162 of 2016 on the hle of VIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Nampally, Hyderabad forthe offences under Sections 419, 42O, 468, 4Tl of IpC r/w Sec156(3) of Cr.P.C.
