ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution ofIndia, is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer ismade:India, is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer ismade:
"... to issue any writ order or direction more in thenature of Writ of N4andamus declaring the inaction ofthe respondents 1to 3 herein in not considering thepetitioners representation dt. 23.06.2027 &. 27.t2.202tand taking action against the illegal and unauthorisedconstruction with encroachments of Road/Seri, beingdone by the 4 to 6 respondents in premises bearing H.No.4-5-75611, near Badichowdi, Sultan Bazar,Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to theprovisions of the Greater Hyderabad tvunicipalCorporation Act, and the rules made thereunder andviolative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India andconsequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein toforthwith consider petitioners representation dt.23.06,2027 &,21.72.202L and take action against theillegal and unauthorised constructions withencroachments being made by the 4 to 6 respondentsherein by way of demolition, and pass such other orderor orders ..."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learnedStanding Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3and perused the record.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for GHI4C would submit thatalready a notice under Section 461(1) of the GHMC Act wasissued on 28.07.2027 for removal of unauthorized constructionmade in the subject premises. The alleged encroachment of seri(lane) on the western and northern side of the propertybelonging to the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6 wi also beattended to, in accordance with Iaw. The unofficial respondentNos.4 to 6 filed a Suit along with an I.A. before the civil Court \
and obtained [interim ][injunction on ][22'03'2021' ][The ][respqndent-]Corporation [filed ][a counter therein and making ][efforts ][to ][get ][the]said interim [injunction order ][vacated ][The moment ][the ][interim]injunction [order ][is ][vacated, ][action ][will ][be taken ][against ][the]unofficial [respondent ][Nos'4 ][to ][6' ][in ][accordance ][with ][law']
4. The said [submlsslons ][of the ][learned Standing ][Counsel ][for]GHMC are [taken on ][record']

Since it [is ][stated ][that the ][respondent-Corporation ][has]initiated [action ][for ][removal ][of ][unauthorized construction made ][in]the subject [premises ][and ][the ][encroachment ][of ][seri (lane) ][and]making [all ][efforts, ][in ][accordance ][with Iaw' ][no ][further ][orders ][are]passed ln this [Writ ][Petition']However, [in ][the]required [to ][be]the [resPondent-]is inaction [on the ][Part ][of]event, [there]Corporation,thepetitionerisatlibertytoapproachthisCourtand seek [necessary ][relief, in ][accordance ][with ][law']
