ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action ofrespondent No.1 in harassing the petitioner, and in interfering in the civildisputes between him and respondent Nos.2 and 3, as being illegal andarbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.1 isinterfering with the civil disputes between him and respondent Nos.2 and3; and is sending constables to his house everyday asking him to cometo Police Station.

When the matter came up on 20.12.2012, learned GovernmentPleader for Home sought time to obtain instructions. Today the learnedGovernment Pleader, having received written instructions fromrespondent No.1, would submit that, as of now, no complaint has beenreceived or registered against the petitioner on the file of KothapalliPolice Station, Kurnool District; the disputes between the petitioner andthe unofficial respondents is purely civil in nature; respondent No.1 is notconcerned with it; he has never seen either the petitioner or the unofficialrespondents; the allegation that respondent No.1 is sending constablesto the petitioner’s house everyday, and was asking him to come to thePolice Station, is false; and, to prevent the Police from taking any actionif any complaint is registered, the petitioner has rushed to this Court, andhas filed the present Writ Petition.

In view of the submissions made by the learned GovernmentPleader for Home, on written instructions, that respondent No.1 is notinterfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondentNos.2 and 3, I see no reason to keep the Writ Petition pending on the fileof this Court.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader forHome, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending,if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
