ORDER:

This writ petition is wholly misconceived. The petitioners seek adirection to respondent No.2, namely, the Village Secretary, AdibatlaVillage, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal in Ranga Reddy District. By memodated 21.03.2006, respondent No.1 directed respondent No.2 to changethe necessary entries in the revenue records for the year 2005-2006 inpossession column, on consideration of an application filed by thepetitioners. The complaint in this writ petition is that respondent No.2 isnot implementing the orders of respondent No.1. If respondent No.2 isdoing so, nothing prevents the petitioner to go to respondent No.1 andlodge a complaint with the District Collector (Vigilance Cell) forappropriate action. In such a matter a Writ cannot be issued.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
