ORAL JUDGEMENT
Learned AGP, Mr.S.S.Patel has produced xerox copy of the fax message stating that order of revocation dated 1-12-2001 has been passed by the State Government in respect of the present petitioner. Copy of order dated 1-12-2001 passed by the State Government is ordered to be taken on record.
In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and hence, it is disposed of accordingly.
