ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, [learned ][Standing]
Counsel for TSRTC appearing for the respondents [has ][informed]the Court that the order, dated lO.L2.2O2t, [passed ][by ]this [Court]in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in W.P.No.19383 of 2007 [has been ][complied]with by the respondents vide [proceedings, ]dated 2I.12.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the [petitioner ]has contended [that ][the]order [passed ]by this Court has not been [complied ][with ][in ][its ][true]letter and spirit.
3. This Court, having considered the submissions [made ][by ][the]learned counsel For the [parties, ]is of the considered [view ]that [the]respondents have complied with the order, dated 10.12.2021,passed by this Court vide proceedings, dated 21.12.2023, andtherefore, the Contempt Case can be closed.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, [liberty]is granted to the [petitioner ]to challenge the [proceedings, ][dated]2L.L2.2023, in accordance with law, if he is [aggrieved ][by ][the]same. There shall be no order as to costs.
