ORDER:

"This is an application for extension of time for production of evidence.

Heard learned counsel on both sides

By a final order dated 29.12.2017 the main revision petition was disposed of with adirection to the revision petitioners to produce their witnesses before the end of January,2018. lt appears that the copy of the order was despatched on 29.01.2018 and hence thetrial Court adjourned the matter to 16.02.2018. However, the trial Court felt that since thetime limit fixed by this Court expired by the end of January, 2018, the trial Court couldnot allow the petitioners to lead evidence, in the absence of extension of time.

Therefore, the time for the petitioners to produce evidence is extended. Thepetitioner shall file an affidavit in lieu of chief examination on or before 19.03.2018.Thereafter, the trial Court shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law anddispose of the same as expeditiously as [possible."]
