ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.26516 of 2009 on04.12.2009 with certain directions and, therefore, this writ petition mayalso be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned GovernmentPleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent also agreed for thesame.
In view of the above, following the order dated 04.12.2009 inW.P.No.26516 of 2009, this writ petition is disposed of with thefollowing directions:
“The 3[rd] respondent- Sub-Registrar, Registration andStamps Department, Gudur, Sri Potti Sriramulu NelloreDistrict, is directed to receive the documents to bepresented by the petitioners in respect of their respectivelands in an extent of Ac.5.00 each in Sy.Nos. 845/1,844/2 and 840/3 (old Sy.No.521/C) situated atKolanakuduru village, Manubolu Mandal of NelloreDistrict, register and release the same, in accordancewith the provisions of the Stamps and Registration Acts,within a period of three weeks from the date of theirpresentation.”Stamps Department, Gudur, Sri Potti Sriramulu NelloreDistrict, is directed to receive the documents to bepresented by the petitioners in respect of their respectivelands in an extent of Ac.5.00 each in Sy.Nos. 845/1,844/2 and 840/3 (old Sy.No.521/C) situated atKolanakuduru village, Manubolu Mandal of NelloreDistrict, register and release the same, in accordancewith the provisions of the Stamps and Registration Acts,within a period of three weeks from the date of theirpresentation.”
There shall be no order as to costs.
