2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learnedGovernment [pleader ]for Municipal Administration and UrbanDevelopment appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3; IearnedGovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.4to 6 and perused the record.

3Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thepetitioner is the owner and possessor of landadmeasuringadmeasuringAc.2-00 guntas in Survey No.t22/2/t/7/lsituated atKondahhee,.ma napa lly Revenue Village, Devarakonda Mandal,

Nalgonda [District, ][having ][purchased ][the ][same ][by ][way ][of]registered [Sale Deed ][bearing document No'8508 ][of ][2006' ][dated]09.10.2006, [from ][its ][lawful ][owner' ][Since ][unofficial ][respondent]Nos.B to [11 are ][intedering with ][the ][possession ][of ][the ][petitioner]over the [subject land, ][the ][petitioner filed O'S'No'245 ][of ][2021 ][on]thefileofSeniorCivilJudge,Nalgonda,Seekinginjunction.Inof [pendency ][of ][the ][said ][Suit' ][the ][unofficial ][respondent]spite Nos.BtollobtainedNALApermissionandfiledanapplicationbefore [respondent No.3 ][to ][grant ][DTCP ][layout ][in ][respect ][of ][the]land. [Therefore, ][the ][petitioner ][approached ][respondent]subject No.3onlo.T2.2o2LandmadearepresentationrequestingNo.3 [not ][to ][grant ][DTCP ][layout ][in ][favour ][of ][the]respondent unofficial [respondent ][Nos.B ][to ][11, but,respondent No'3 ][did ][not]receive the said [representation ][and ultimately, ][prayed ][to ][direct]the respondent No.3 to [receive ][the ][representation ][of ][the]petitioner seeking not to [grant ][DTCP ][layout ][in ][favour ][of ][the]unofficial respondent [Nos,8 ][to ][11 ][in ][respect of ][the ][subject ][land']

4. Learned Government [Pleader ][for ][Municipal ][Administration]would submit that the [petitioner ][did not ][give any ][such]representation. If [respondent ][No.3 ][refused ][to ][receive ][the]representation, the [petitioner ][can as ][well ][send ][the ][same through]registered [post. ]However, [there ][is no proof/acknowledgement of]sending the representation [by registered post']

5. As seen from the material [placed ][on ][record, ][there ][is ][no]document to substantiate that [the ][petitioner made ][such ][a]

The copyofthe order, dated 11.11.2021, passed in I.A.No.1263 0f2021 incopyofthe order, dated 11.11.2021, passed in I.A.No.1263 0f2021 inO.S.No.245 of 2O2t by the Senior Civil Judge, Natgonda, fited atpage No.73 of the Writ petition, reveals that an ex parte ad_interim injunction order was granted in favour of the petitioner inpage No.73 of the Writ petition, reveals that an ex parte ad_interim injunction order was granted in favour of the petitioner inrespect of the subject land. It is not yet made absolute. Sincethere is no material to conclude that the petitioner approachedthe official the official respondent No.3, as contended, no order as soughtfor can be granted in favour of the petitioner. However, it is leftfor can be granted in favour of the petitioner. However, it is leftopen to the petitioner to submit representation/objections to therespondent No.3 under registered post or personally underproper acknowledgment. In the event.of the petitioner sendingrepresentation under registered post or filing it personally andobtaining receipt of the same and when no action is taken, it isobtaining receipt of the same and when no action is taken, it isopen to the petitioner to work out the remedies available inaccordance with law.

6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposedof.
