Alleging that the respondent-Corporation and itsofficials have erected a foundational structure for anelectrical transformer in his site/premises bewaring doorNo. 173/1, Panagal Raja Road, Kamati Street, Nellore, thepetitioner submitted a representation dated 06-12-2006 to the Superintendent Engineer, Nellore withcopies marked to the Divisional Engineer, A.P.S.P.D.C.L.,Nellore and Assistant Divisional Engineer, Kotamitta,Nellore. There being no response, the petitioner filed thiswrit petition. The petitioner is satisfied, if the writ petition isdisposed of directing the first respondent to instruct theSuperintendent Engineer concerned to consider anddispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 06-12-2006.
After hearing the learned standing counsel for therespondent-Corporation Sri M. Sriramulu Reddy, the writpetition is disposed of directing the first respondent toinstruct the Superintendent Engineer, A.P.S.P.D.C.L.Nellore to consider and dispose of the petitioner’srepresentation dated 06-12-2006 expeditiously and in anyevent within a period of two weeks from the date of receiptof a copy of this order. No costs.
