ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is liled seeking quashment of C.C.No.5735 of 2079 on the file of learned XIII Additional ChiefMetropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, registered againstpetitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 for the offence under Sections498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of DowryProhibition Act.
02. No representation on behalf of the [petitioners ]as well asrespondent No.2.
03. Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor forrespondent No.1/State has submitted that parties have settled thematter before the lok-adalat in the trial Court and compromisepetition was fiied and the case was disposed of by way ofcompromise and to that extent he has filed a copy of [proceedings]from E-Courts of CMM Courts, Metropolitan Sessions Judgepertaining to this case.
