ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order, dated 29-07-2009, passed in I.A.No.984 of 2009 in O.S.No.1676 of 2007 by thePrincipal Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, wherein the said applicationfiled by the petitioner to receive copies of invoices and delivery challansand to mark the same as exhibits through PW.2, was dismissed.
I have perused the impugned order. I am of the opinion that thecourt below, after hearing both sides, rightly dismissed the saidapplication, as the documents, which are sought to be marked, are onlyxerox copies, but not the original documents. Therefore, I do not see anyinfirmity legal or otherwise in the impugned order, so as to call forinterference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, it isopen to the petitioner to file fresh application, if it is entitled to do so at thisjuncture, to receive and mark original documents. There shall be no orderas to costs.
