ORDER:-
In view of the fact that the crime is registered on a privatecomplaint with regard to the validity of the registration of BhashyamEducational Institutions and as the petitioners claim that thepermission was granted, which fact has to be verified during theinvestigation. Police can proceed with the investigation. But,however, the arrest of the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 is stayed till completionof the investigation.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
