Petition under Section 1 51 CPC praying that in the circumstances statedin the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased todirect the Registry to post the above W.P. No.3858 of 2020 before the Hon'blecourt under the caption of "FOR BETNG MENTIONED' to pass appropriateorders by modifying the orders passed in W.P.No.3858 of 2020 dated 30.12.2022in the interest of Justice.

This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petitian and affidavitfiled in support thereof and upon reading the Order dated 30.12.2022 inW.P.No.3O38 ['of ]2O2O and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. Ashvini Kumar,Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 and of Sri Zakir Ali Danish, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 & 3, the Court made the following: ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of W.P.No.3O38 of 2O2O on 3O.L2.2O22 following the coveredorders in W.P.No.2185 of 2OO8 dated 14.O4.2OO8 and W.P.No.225O3 of2OO5 dated 26.LL.20la.

In the covered orders the respondent No.3 is the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner therein, but in theinstant case the respondent No.l is the competent authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to direct therespondent No.l in terms of the orders passed in the above saidcovered orders.

For the reasons stated in the affidawit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered by replacing the Para No.4 of theOtder dated 30.L2.2O22 in W.P.No.3858 of 2O2O as:Otder dated 30.L2.2O22 in W.P.No.3858 of 2O2O as:
