Learned counsel for the applicants as well asIearned counsel for the respondents have agreed thatthe Arbitrator can be appointed to adjudicate thedispute between the parties and both the parties haveagreed for appointment of Honble Sri Justice ARajashekar Reddy, Judge(Retired), High Court for thestate of Telangana to be appointed as an Arbitrator.
