Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased toissue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaringthe Notification issued by the 3rd respondent on 23-8-2003 in Rc.No.DFCS/6/2003issued under Rule 22(2)(b)(vi) of the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act for conductingelections to the 2nd respondent society as illegal, arbitrary and consequently directthe 3rd respondent to permit all the 475 members of the 2nd respondent society toparticipate in the said elections by including their names in the voters list aftercollecting Rs.400 as per the decision of the 2nd respondent society Counsel for the Petitioners: MR.K.RAGHUVEER REDDY
