ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience oforder, dated 19.11.2013, in W.P.No.30057 of 2013.
At the hearing, Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learnedcounsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients are not interestedin pursuing the contempt case in view of the stand taken byrespondent No.3 in his counter affidavit that he is not interfering withtheir possession of the property.
The contempt case is accordingly closed.
