By filing this [writ ][petition ][under ][Article ][226 ][of ][the ][Constitution]oflndia, petitioner seeks [a ][direction ][to ][respondent ][No'l ][not ][to ][alienate]the secured asset [or to ][change ][the ][nature and character ][of ][the ][secured]asset during the [pending ][of ][S.A'No.55 ][of ][2021 before ][the ][Debts]Recovery Tribunal-I, [Hyderabad ][(Tribunal).]
