ORDER:

HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. RAMULUW.P.No. 8719 of 2010

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring theproceedings No.01/122(1)/2008-KG, dated 08-03-2010 issued by thesecond respondent canceling the deed of license, dated 30-11-2007,as arbitrary and illegal.

It appears, the petitioner was granted license for running a fastfood center at ECIL bus stand in the open site at the corner of thepremises. However, since he has committed default in paying thelicense fees, the license was sought to be cancelled. At that time, thiswrit petition has been filed.

No interim orders are passed till date. However, according tothe learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition has becomeinfructuous in view of the fact that after filing of this writ petition, thepetitioner was evicted from the premises since a pakka bus terminalcomplex is sought to be constructed and aggrieved thereby, thepetitioner filed W.P.No.6746/2010 and the same was dismissed aswithdrawn seeking liberty to file a civil suit and workout his remedies.

Under those circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petitionfor further adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
