ORDER:
Alleging that the office bearers of Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers Association and a Senior Assistant ofAgricultural Department and the owner of Mahalaxmi Winesabusing the petitioner with his caste, he filed a complaint on14.08.2013 before the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubnagar,Mahabubnagar District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that even though the complaintis filed as early as on 14.08.2013, so far, the police has notregistered the crime.
3. Learned Government Pleader produced copy of FIR, dated26.12.2013, and submits that Crime No.271 of 2013 is registeredbased on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14.08.2013 andinvestigation is in progress. In view of the above, no causesurvives in the Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shallstand closed.
