State Wakf Board, Opp: to Public Gardens, Hyderabad Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order or orders particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus bydeclaring the inaction of the respondent for not considering the application dated 26-8-2003 filed by the petitioner as bad, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and againstthe principles of natural justice.

The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and affidavitfiled herein in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Suresh ShivSagar, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. A.M. Qurash, S. C. for Wakf Board onbehalf of the Respondent.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:--

“The Inspector of wakfs, Hyderabad old city area, may file a report after inspectingthe properties attached to wakf known as chilla of Hazrath Hussain Shah Wali KabutharKhana, Hyderabad.

Post on 12-12-2003.”
