ORDER:

Heard the counsel for the respondents.

When the matter was called yesterday, none appearedfor the petitioner and hence the matter is posted today fordismissal. Today also there is no representation for thepetitioner.

This petition is filed for restoration of Crl.R.P.No.25 of2006, which was, dismissed for non-prosecution on25.11.2008 by the learned District and Sessions Judge,Vizianagaram. That criminal revision petition was filed againstthe order dated 28.8.2006 passed in M.C.No.3 of 2005 bywhich the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothavalasa, dismissed it. Hence it is a maintenance case.

As the petitioner is absent it shows that she has nointerest in prosecuting the criminal petition.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
