This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declareaction of respondent authorities in not considering petitioner'sDharani application No.2300077871 dated 03.05.2023, for issuingnew e-pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuringAcs.5-00 Guntas in Survey No.37lBDL situated at MarepalleVillage, Kagaznagar Mandal, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad District,as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leamedAssistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing forrespondents and perused the rnaterial available on rccord.

3. It is claimed that the petitioner is the owner and possessorof the land admeasuring Acs.5-00 Guntas in Survey No.37lBDLsituated at Marepalle Village, Kagaznagar Mandal, KumuramBheem Asifabad District. His name was mutated in the revenuerecords and he was issued old pattadar passbook bearingNo.504767 with khata No.65 in respecl of rhe subject land. Since l

then, the petitioner [had bcen ][in ][possession ][and enjoyment ][of ][the]subject land. On [introduction ][of ][Dharani ][portal, the ][petitioner]intended to obtain [new ][e-pattadar passbook ][and submitted Dharani]application No.2300077871 [dated ][03.05.2023, ][for ][issuing ][new]pattadar passbook [and ][title ][deed ][in ][respect ][of ][the subject ][land' ][The]grievance of the [petitioner ][is that there is ][a ][delay on ][the ][part ][of ][the]authorities [in ][disposirrg ][of ][the ][application ][submitted ][by]respondent the petitioner, [as ][such, ][she ][is constrained ][to ][approach ][this Court']
