ORDER
CRL.P.No.15351 of 2013
The petitioners-A1 and A2 apprehend arrest inCr.No.307 of 2013 of Chandrayangutta PoliceStation, Hyderabad, registered for the offencespunishable under Sections 420, 448, 506 read with34 IPC.
Heard learned counsel appearing for thepetitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutorrepresenting the respondent-State.
It is alleged in the complaint that there were civil disputes between the husband of the de factocomplainant viz., late Clement Dass and JohnSanthiago and others. The petitioners convinced thehusband, brother-in-law and other family members ofthe de facto complainant that they will settle the disputesand after paying the market value, they will get theproperty registered in their name within one month. But, instead of settling the civil disputes, theyinstigated John Santhiago and others to file a civil suitfor partition of the property against the husband ofthe de facto complainant and others. It is further alleged that the petitioners started threatening thehusband of the de facto complainant and forcibly gotregistered a part of the above open land of the defacto complainant without paying sale considerationand also without clearing the civil disputes. Unable tobear the said harassment, the husband of the defacto complainant died on 4.9.2013.
In view of the specific allegations levelledagainst the petitioners, I am not inclined to grantanticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
