O R D E R :
This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging thatthe respondent has willfully disobeyed and violated the order dated22.04.2013 in WP.MP.No.5398 of 2010 in W.P.No.4160 of 2010.
The proceedings in Lr.No.A7/172/2009-Pts., dated12.12.2013 issued by the respondent, has been placed before theCourt by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj,which indicate that the representation made by the petitioner dated28.12.2009 has been considered and action has been initiatedagainst the then Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Chandrampet andfinal orders would also be passed under Section 254 ofA.P.Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 for recovery of amountsmisappropriated by him.In this view of the matter, I do not find any willfuldisobedience of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, thisContempt Case is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneouspetitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
