ORDER:
Aggrieved by the order dated 22.11.1994 placing him undersuspension, the present writ petition is filed.
This Court, by order in W.P.M.P. No. 26522 of 1994 dated22.11.1994, suspended the impugned order of suspension. It isrepresented on behalf of Sri S. Srinivasa Reddy, learned StandingCounsel for the respondent Bank that subsequently the enquirywas completed, final orders were passed, which were also thesubject matter of challenge in subsequent writ proceedings.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, inview of final orders being passed, the earlier order of suspensiondoes not survive and its validity does not necessitateadjudication. Recording this submission made on behalf of Sri S.Srinivasa Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentbank, and in as much as the impugned order of suspension itselfdoes not survive, no further orders are required to be passed inthe writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, in thecircumstances, without costs.
