Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedGovernment Pleader for Revenue.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that against the orders of theDeputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad, dated28.01.2008, in Lr.No.A3/338/2004, he preferred an appeal before thefirst respondent, under Section 158 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) LandRevenue Act, 1317-F. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends thatthough the said appeal was filed on 18.02.2008, but so far neither theappeal nor the interlocutory application therein is considered by the firstrespondent. Questioning the inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the limited grievance as above, I deem it appropriate todispose of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent toconsider and decide the aforesaid appeal or interlocutory petition thereinbearing No.9733/SS-1/2008-1, filed by the petitioner on 18.02.2008,expeditiously, but, in any case, within a period of two months from thedate of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
