Whereas upon motion made unto this Court this day by Mr, Subba RaoKorrapati, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court hath directed that an injunction shallissue restraining the Respondent No.1and their men from peaceful possession andenjoyment of the suit schedule property in O.S.No. 200/2000 on the file of the courtof the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Parchuru pending further orders on this petition.
You namely,Bathula Koteswara Rao s/o. Atchaiah,R/o. Punuru Village, Yaddanapudi Mandal, Prakasam District.
are hereby restrained either by yourself ; or by your servants, agents, or assignee from peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule of property in O.S.No. 200/2000 on the file of the Court of the principal Junior Civil Judge,Parchuru for a period of Eighth(8) weeks from the date of this Order. pendingfurther orders on this petition.
