JUDGMENT:
In view of the Letter dated 26.12.2016 submitted by Sri E.S. Kumar, learned counsel for appellant/ Insurance Company to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
